Saudi Arabia Government Tenders and Procurement Law

Many of our projects in Saudi Arabia are subject to the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, so we've become familiar with managing construction contracts and claims subject to this law.

We created summary graphics to show the procedure for adjustments to contract prices due to increases in cost of material and basic services.

The graphics summarize the durations from when a contractor submits a claim, to the Engineer's submission of a report to the Government Authority, and the ultimate decision by the Government Authority.

These graphics are applicable to the Saudi Government Tenders and Procurement Law M/58 and M/128.

Download these graphics and train your contracts and claims teams to ensure they don't miss key deadlines on their next government project.
